Strategic Marketing Plan for Healthcare Practice

Project Overview The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for our mental healthcare practice, which consists of 40 providers offering psychotherapy, coaching, psychological testing, and neurofeedback services. We aim to optimize our marketing efforts across multiple channels, including our website and social media platforms, to enhance brand awareness, attract new clients, and improve client engagement. This is an exciting innovative project in the mental healthcare space. With the high demand for mental health services we are exploring new ways to provide services to the community. Our mission is to help individuals, couples and families improve well-being and flourish. We also train new therapists on their way to licensure. This project is expanding on an existing Android app which can be found here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.SiliconValleyTherapy The ISM App was built using React Native and is currently on a private GitHub account that will be shared. The ISM App can be expanded upon with some or all of the following features depending upon the group's resources and time: Port the App to the IOS platform Add a local database to store data Add additional gamification features Add a content library to educate people on mental health Add a self-soothing component such as a meditation timer and guides Add a cloud service that allows therapists to view data from the App

Website and Mobile App Design and Development

Our project is a combination of Website and Mobile app design and development. We have created innovative tools that have helped hundreds of people. These tools are gaining traction and we want to reach a larger audience through technology. Students should be prepared to: Learn about our proprietary mental health tools and programs Be the bridge between our mental health services and the web and mobile app technology Propose a technology solution that will support our vision of an integrated website and mobile app. We are open to using whatever technology you or your school recommends.
