This was a really good security assessment by this team. The vulnerability reports are in depth and profession. This team went above and beyond to access the security measures for nginx conf docker confs. etc. The quality of work is at level of professional security agency.

This cohort delivered what was asked of them regarding deliverables but did not function as a team for the duration of their internship with TGT. The presentation of the project did not seem like one cohesive team project presentation but rather five completed deliverables presented by five individuals. The technical aspect of their internship was without a doubt substantial work but I invite them to work on rounding out themselves as employees. Being qualified in cyber security is not the entirety it is the basis, they need to enhance skills like communication, accountability and professional work ethic to name a few. Based on my four week observation John seemed as if he was not, invested or interested in the project, it can be concluded he saw no value working with TGT or did not want to work with the assigned team. One meeting that Sean was unfortunately 30 minutes late for Elbaraa took the lead of that meeting and presented progress of his deliverable. I put emphasis on this bit of advice, reading documentation/emails thoroughly; respecting those you work with, comprehension and responsibility are some of the skills I recommend to strengthen. It is great to be technically inclined and qualified but a well rounded person equates to a successful professional.

I had high expectations when hiring ICT Ignite specialists , and they did not disappoint. From the beginning my apprehensions towards their adaptability or malleability limited my objectives, but they had a plan to work alongside myself with my own goals, and they performed wonderfully. I am impressed with their thorough assessments of my existing network, and the skills they brought to help mitigate the ongoing cyber threats my corporation is facing on a daily basis. I had the opportunity to work with a diverse and effective team, and the results far exceed the quality and results I was hoping for. The future is bright for these graduates of the ICT programs. I am convinced this project maps their journey to success, and I won't be surprise to hear my team will become industry leaders in a close future. I feel sorry to lose their involvement with my firm, and just sad I can't just give them a full time job. Thankfully, I trust they will soon be employed full time.
