We are a marketing and advertising agency specializing in luxury and highly unique print marketing. When I created FoxiPrint I wanted the agency to be a place where we were your one stop marketing and advertising shop, with highly unique product offerings.
Our motto is If you can THINK it, we can PRINT it! We started small, and rapidly grew to where we are now. We just added on a whole apparel side to the company this summer, and it’s exploding. The project will involve analyzing current social media performance using data-driven insights from Google Analytics and identifying opportunities for improvement. Learners will develop a comprehensive strategy that includes creating engaging multimedia content tailored to FoxiPrint's target audience. The goal is to increase customer engagement and expand FoxiPrint's market reach by leveraging social media platforms effectively. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and content creation in a real-world context.
Market Expansion Strategy for FoxiPrint
The project goal is to develop a comprehensive business growth model for FoxiPrint, aligning with our long-term vision. This includes creating a structured business plan , integrating financial statements with three-year projections, and providing strategic recommendations for scaling operations. The project will help FoxiPrint refine its financial planning, market strategy, and innovation framework while giving students hands-on experience in business development.
FoxiPrint – Student Website Development Project
Project Objective The goal of this project is to enhance FoxiPrint’s digital presence and operational efficiency by developing web-based solutions tailored to business needs. Students will apply their classroom knowledge in web development, software engineering, and project management to design and implement practical solutions.
Business Model Analysis and Value Proposition Enhancement
The goal of this internship project is to enhance FoxiPrint's value proposition and competitive positioning by analyzing its current business model, comparing it with key competitors, and identifying new customer segments and growth opportunities. This will enable FoxiPrint to better align its product offerings with market demands, expand into new markets (including the U.S.), and achieve sustainable business growth.
