Voda Retreats is embarking on a 6-week sales growth initiative aimed at increasing revenue and securing 3 to 5 new clients within the spa, hotel, event, and conference sectors. The absence of a dedicated sales team presents a unique opportunity for students to apply their classroom knowledge in a real-world setting. The project involves developing marketing materials, crafting engaging social media content, and conducting outreach to potential clients. The goal is to drive tangible business growth while providing students with hands-on experience in sales and brand expansion. This project is designed to be completed by a team of learners from a single academic program, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving the objectives.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive set of marketing materials tailored to the target sectors, a series of compelling social media posts designed to engage potential clients, and a detailed outreach plan. Additionally, students will provide a final report summarizing the outcomes of their efforts and any new clients secured. These deliverables will demonstrate the application of classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges.
